Hello Readers,
This is for anyone who has been in an abusive relationship of any kind including physical, emotional, sexual or mental abuse. It can be a parent, or spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend, son, daughter, job...it really does not matter essentially from whom or what. Whether or not you practice magick this is so IMPORTANT for you to know! We may curse ourselves accidentally into a life of codependency and slavery. By persevering on past events or people we can trap ourselves into a life of enslavement with thought-forms or Tulpas. How is this possible you may ask? An example would be someone as a child may be abused by a caregiver, the caregiver would tell the child that he was an idiot over and over again. The child would then grow up. An opportunity could present itself, but now this child hears the voice of this caregiver saying, "You're an idiot." This could cause obvious insecurity and doubt in this now adult person's life.... believing they can not accomplish anything, leading to missed opportunities and abundance. Now the voice in the child's head is who? It is obviously not the abuser...they are long gone hopefully. It is basically a thought form created by the child accidentally and now it haunts the adult blocking him from accomplishing much of anything without a struggle.
I am in no way a psychologist but merely speaking from some form of experience! This thought-form or thought-forms (there can be more than one)can work against you and are intelligent. They are not evil or good, they just are what they are. Thought forms can very powerful from the victim unknowingly feeding them energy on a day to day basis. What you think about grows! That is why the news feeds the collective all this garbage on a day to day basis....but I digress.
Symptoms of being "haunted" by a thought form can be:
-PTSD Symptoms
-Nightmares where you are attacked by the abuser
-Persistent Thoughts of Person/Abuse/Abuser
-Flashbacks
-Low Self Esteem
-Anxiety/Anxiety Attacks
-Physical Symptoms/Health Issues/Mental Health Issues
-Codependency
Now these can be caused by being psychically attacked by someone as well. Someone may hate you and is throwing negativity at you or you are being drained by negative entities. But if it is a long term issue, it may be a Tulpa or thoughtform.
SOLUTION: Depending on the strength of the thoughtform, this is a fairly easy process. First,
go into meditation, ask your guides and spirits to assist you with this process. Then visualize the abuser as if they are in front of you. Do this until you can almost smell their stink. This is going to be an emotional process but that is alright and is part of the releasing that needs to happen. Now tell that person exactly what you need to say to them! Call them a piece of shit etc just let it all out and when you are done, visualize them leaving in some way. I prefer to destroy them myself! Picture them exploding, or bursting into flames just make sure they vanish in some way. Your mind is so powerful! You should feel a tremendous release when you are finished. Make sure and sage banish the energy with a banishing ritual when you are done. You also do not need to be inside when you do this. You can be outside walking for example and it is just as effective. If this does not work, consult a more experienced magickian for help!
